Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
ROQORA AI PVT LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates inarch ai at inarchai.roqora.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
1. Data We Collect
- Account information: Name, email address, and profile picture (from Google OAuth or manual signup).
- Architecture data: The diagrams, graphs, versions, and validation results you create within the platform.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and error logs for debugging and improvement.
- Feedback: Ratings and comments submitted through the in-app feedback widget.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the inarch ai platform.
- To authenticate your identity and secure your account.
- To generate diagrams and architecture designs using AI services (Anthropic's Claude API, with Amazon Bedrock as an alternative).
- To improve the product based on usage patterns and feedback.
- To communicate service updates or respond to support requests.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in encrypted databases. We use SSL/TLS for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive credentials at rest, and follow least-privilege access controls.
4. Third-Party Services
- Anthropic (AI): Your prompts, and material you add (photo, video transcript, or public repository text), are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate diagrams. Under Anthropic's commercial terms this data is not used to train their models, and we do not use it to train models either.
- Voice input: Speech-to-text runs in your browser using its built-in speech recognition (for example, Chrome sends audio to Google to transcribe it). We receive only the resulting text, never audio.
- Photos: A photo you add is sent once to the AI provider to read it and is not stored by us. The diagram and your text prompt are saved to your account.
- Links: For YouTube and GitHub links we fetch the public captions or public repository files to use as material; only the resulting diagram and the link are saved.
- Google OAuth: Used for authentication only. We receive your name, email, and profile picture.
- AWS (hosting): Infrastructure provider. Data processed within AWS regions.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and architecture data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing connect@roqora.com.
6. Your Rights
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Export your architecture data.
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing.
- Request information about what data we hold about you.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at connect@roqora.com.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies only: a session cookie for authentication and a theme preference cookie. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics platforms.
8. Children
Accounts are for people aged 13 and over (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, such as 16 in some EU countries). The Kids level is designed for children to use with a parent or teacher, on that adult's account — children under 13 should not create their own account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if we learn that such an account was created, we delete it. Parents can contact us at connect@roqora.com to review or delete data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
